Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain loyal patrons. You will manage campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships to ensure consistent growth and an outstanding dining experience for our guests: 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the restaurant's business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage the restaurants online presence, including website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and online review platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews).
  • Create content calendars, coordinate photography and videography, and post engaging content to attract and interact with customers.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure the restaurant's branding and messaging are consistent across all channels. Collaborate on menu designs, promotional materials, and the overall customer experience.

Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events (e.g., holidays, new menu launches). Track the performance of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.

Partnerships & Events:

  • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to promote the restaurant through collaborations, sponsorships, and community events.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as social media engagement, foot traffic, reservations, and sales. Use data insights to refine strategies for better ROI.

Customer Engagement:

  • Drive loyalty programs and implement feedback mechanisms to maintain high customer satisfaction. Respond to online reviews and manage customer communications.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience working with influencers or food bloggers.
  • Knowledge of local markets and competitor trends.
