Role Purpose: To provide analytical and project management support for the Firm's compensation programs, including participation in compensation surveys, market data analysis, job description evaluation, report generation, and involvement in projects aligned with the Firm's compensation strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer consultative advice, analysis, reporting, and clarification of compensation policies to managers.
- Oversee the compensation survey process, collaborating with HR colleagues, business leaders, and survey providers to ensure accurate job matches.
- Analyze market trends and data to assist in determining salary and job grades, supporting the Firms compensation strategy.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including Finance, Technology, Business Development, Inclusion & Diversity, and Professional Services.
- Monitor compensation trends and practices by participating in industry groups, conducting benchmarking studies, and collecting insights from internal and external recruiters.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Firm-wide compensation policies, practices, and processes.
- Work with the recruiting team to create competitive compensation offers for new hires.
- Assist in the annual compensation review for C-suite executives, ensuring accurate benchmarking data.
- Adhere to Firm policies and procedures, sharing useful information with team members and finding ways to improve service delivery.
- Support the Firms philosophy of exceeding customer expectations, contributing to strategies that add value and support growth.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information at all times.
- Build strong working relationships within the Firm and with external partners to enhance compensation and HR efforts.

About the Candidate:
Technical Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business or human resources (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in compensation analysis, with basic knowledge of survey submission processes and job matching.
- Experience in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and HR systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and HR management systems is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with high data accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requests, and solve problems creatively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Previous team experience, with an understanding of open communication and information sharing.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime when necessary.
