About the job People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Global Mobility & Labor Relations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the different service line to understand employees' mobility needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Liaise with other KPMG member Firm(s) and Foreign Resource(s) to gather necessary information and documents regarding their relocation requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with Global Mobility and Immigration team to ensure compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their visa/work permit applications.
- Oversee the collection of all required work permit and visa application documentation from employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of applications to appropriate government authorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Track the status of applications and provide regular updates to employees regarding their visa/work permit status
- Maintain accurate records of all submitted applications, correspondence, and approvals related to global mobility.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive database that tracks employee relocations, including timelines, costs, and compliance issues.
- Assist in developing firm policies that align with best practices in immigration management.
- Handle disciplinary process in the firm which includes but not limited to conducting of investigation, coordinating with concerned personnel and superiors.
- Drafting of notices and coordination with the disciplinary committee.
Key Experiences and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in Global Mobility and Labor Relations
- Good communication skills.
