Salesforce Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.

Design and document Salesforce configurations, workflows, processes, and data models.

Develop and implement complex solutions using native Salesforce functionality, integrations, and customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.

Manage and mentor technical team members, providing guidance and ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver successful projects.

Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) development to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (familiarity with additional Clouds a plus).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices and design principles.

Experience in developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and security best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

A minimum of one of the following Salesforce certifications (or equivalent):

Salesforce Certified System Architect (SCA)

Salesforce Certified Solution Architect -Professional (CSAP)

Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator)
