Manager/Assistant Manager, Global Client Pursuits (GCP)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies for high-priority client pursuits to drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the proposal process, including writing, editing, and reviewing proposals to ensure high-quality and competitive submissions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align pursuit efforts with overall business objectives.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and tailor pursuit strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform pursuit strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Track and analyze the success of pursuit efforts and report on key performance metrics.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in pursuit management and proposal development.
• Support pitch opportunities on a global scale
• People/Team Management
• Reports to Senior Manager and works with members of the Team across the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, proposal management, or a related role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
