Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Operations Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Talent Management team. This 6-month contract role will support various facets of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to program coordination, reporting, and process execution.

The role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience in a professional services environment who enjoys working across multiple HR functions and contributing to projects that support business and people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Management function, ensuring smooth delivery of core HR services.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring compliance with internal checklists and documentation standards.
  • Support changes in work arrangements, including parental leave, assignments, and extended leave processes.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment and Graduate Program-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and documentation across HR systems.
  • Support the coordination of performance management cycles and internal talent development initiatives.
  • Process HR-related expenses and ensure proper documentation for finance and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal HR communications and documentation related to policy updates and events.
  • Collaborate with various HR and business teams to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a professional services or shared services setting.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to exits, including documentation and policy administration.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating recruitment and internal talent programs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
