Position Title: Recruitment Director

Objective:

The Recruitment Director will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Offshore operations in the Philippines, overseeing recruitment for both Technology Consulting and broader offshore services. This role will be crucial in acquiring top-tier talent to support the global delivery of services. The Recruitment Director will work closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective recruitment of both technology and non-technology positions, aligning recruitment strategies with the organization's business and growth objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Talent Acquisition Strategy and Leadership

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Technology Consulting and Offshore, ensuring alignment with the organizations global goals and operational needs.

2. Lead recruitment initiatives for both technology and non-technology roles, ensuring a strategic approach to attract active and passive candidates with a wide range of skill sets.

3. Enhance the employer brand within the technology consulting and global delivery sectors to ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.

4. Collaborate with leadership teams to forecast and plan recruitment needs across Offshore and Technology Consulting, driving workforce planning initiatives aligned with growth and global expansion.

5. Build a strong network within both the technology consulting industry and broader business sectors to ensure a diverse talent pool for all roles, focusing on relationships with industry leaders, institutions, and strategic partners.

6. Provide insights and guidance to leadership and hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.

7. Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment strategies.

8. Ensure smooth operational execution by overseeing day-to-day recruitment activities and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates across all functions within Offshore.

9. Conduct regular training for the recruitment team and hiring managers to enhance skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

10. Use data and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, optimizing time-to-hire, reducing cost-per-hire, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

11. Provide regular updates on recruitment KPIs, market insights, and progress toward talent acquisition goals to leadership within Offshore and Technology Consulting.


B. Administrative and Operational Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality and risk management guidelines, adhering to recruitment best practices and legal requirements.

2. Maintain professional service standards by managing team deliverables, respecting confidentiality, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage expectations and ensure recruitment activities meet the operational needs of both Offshore and Technology Consulting.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a senior recruitment leadership role within the technology or business services sectors.

3. Industry Expertise: Proven ability to recruit across both technology consulting and global delivery services, with deep knowledge of required skills and an extensive market network.

4. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams, scaling operations quickly in fast-growth environments, and achieving ambitious talent acquisition goals.

5. Global Perspective: Ability to recruit talent for global delivery services, understanding the nuances of international recruitment markets and sourcing talent across diverse geographies and functions.
