Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's digital marketing initiatives. Your involvement will span from the conceptualization and planning phases through to implementation, measurement, and optimization of campaigns. You will also explore various advertising platforms to select the most effective options and tailor marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of each branding or project.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Enhance and manage digital marketing channels and ad materials across platforms such as Search, Display, Mobile, and Social media to boost online brand presence, lead generation, and user acquisition based on current trends and data insights.
2. Identify and propose new marketing channels, develop and refine marketing strategies, and implement plans. Oversee social media channels including Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Email Marketing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Line, and Forums.
3. Focus on promoting products and services through targeted channels, including pay-per-click advertising, social media, email campaigns, website content, and SEO strategies. Evaluate and report on acquisition metrics.
4. Track online campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, generate high-quality leads, and improve key metrics such as rankings, social media impressions, engagement rates, traffic, and conversion rates.
5. Accurately calculate marketing budgets for campaigns, analyze results and ad performance, and optimize to enhance ROI.
6. Regularly review competitor social media activity and create analysis reports.
7. Develop content, landing pages, and optimize user experience to boost lead quality and conversion rates.
8. Coordinate with internal and external media marketing teams, social media experts, SEO professionals, and outsourcing partners.
9. Analyze and report on audience demographics and the effectiveness of social media projects.
10. Conduct market research, analyze emerging trends and technologies to stay current with industry developments.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Must hold a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in developing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and other third-party platforms.
Competencies:
- Deep understanding of Facebooks algorithms and strong familiarity with various social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement, with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Tech-savvy with a solid knowledge of online marketing tools.
- Experience in marketing agencies, e-Commerce, affiliate marketing, or dropshipping is a plus.
