Job Summary:
The VP, HR Business Partner Philippines Country Leader will play a pivotal role in driving human resources strategies, policies, and initiatives within the organization's operations in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership across all functions in the Philippines supporting an employee population of 4000+. This position requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of Philippine labor laws, culture, and business environment, as well as a proven track record in designing and implementing HR programs that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals, ensuring a strong connection between people and business outcomes; serve as a strategic business partner to leadership focused on talent designed to recruit, develop and retain the very best talent in the business.
Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment that aligns with the company's values.
Ensure performance management programs facilitate continuous improvement, goal setting, feedback, and career development.
Develop and lead an effective HR team that instills company-wide trust and value for the HR function.
Develop, implement and measure programmatic initiatives to meet organization goals. Develops appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.
Ensure strict adherence to Philippines labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and proactively implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
Utilize data-driven insights to develop and measure HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Lead and manage organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating, managing resistance, and guiding employees through transitions.
Implement and monitor adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource related policies, procedures and practices to ensure the uniform and equitable treatment of employees; act as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures.
Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution and employee communications; partner with Employment Law, Security, HRBPs, Ombuds, and businesses to conduct a prompt, thorough, and fair investigation

Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 8-10 years in a strategic leadership role in the Philippines.
Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance levels.
Proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges and provide innovative solutions.
