About the job Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Junior Lead/Lead Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations and Field Service project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
Traditional BA responsibilities such as facilitating client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the CRM solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / user stories
Designing and proposing innovative solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities and emerging features, including Co-Pilot
Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365.
Configure D365 per the requirements such as basic configuration, data mapping, field mapping with other integrating systems and other customizations.
Perform testing and provide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycle such as conduct training for D365 for clients as needed.
Keeping updated on new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends to ensure we are continuously improving in line with best practice.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions or other related systems
Has at least 3end-to-end full life cycle implementations ofMicrosoftDynamics 365CRM and the Power Platform or other related systems
Experience must include creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes In-depth functional Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other related systems.
Microsoft D365 implementation and integration experience is preferable.
Possess both functional and technical expertise.
Business analysis and process engineering skills a plus
Excellent communication, planning and organizations skills
Ability to communicate technical aspect to nontechnical shareholders.
Strong customer relationship skills
High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlines
Logical thinking skills and methodical approach to work
