Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Training Specialist with a passion for developing and enhancing the skills of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to support the sales team, particularly in life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs aimed at improving sales performance.
- Deliver training sessions both in Metro Manila and in other regions across the Philippines.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to assess training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage events and training logistics, including venue setup and materials preparation.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and other resources.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle training.
- Experience in sales training, especially in life insurance, is preferred but not required.
- Strong experience in event management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel outside Metro Manila for training sessions.
