About the job Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (SDMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, capable of producing marketing collateral, passionate about marketing and communications, and have the ability to not only strategize but also execute various aspects of marketing projects across multiple channels. This role will involve pioneering projects (individually or as a team) and promoting our brands on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as immersion into content marketing, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and many other aspects required to meet the company's marketing targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish results-driven marketing operations to promote multiple brands, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity, and steering marketing efforts through sales and marketing funnels in execution
Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies across various brands, subbrands, and platforms, including email marketing, social media marketing, content production, process automation, design, and multimedia
Develop and drive a seamless marketing funnel and customer journey from Awareness to Advocacy, supported by solid data, segmentation, and research
Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers, Development, Sales, and Customer Happiness teams, as well as other team leads, to facilitate the production, development, and implementation of marketing and other applicable strategies
Ensure and actively participate in the execution of team and corporate plans, with open and consistent collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, contractors, consultants, and internal & external stakeholders
Proactively create and produce effective and relevant content for marketing campaigns that may include social media post visuals and captions, whitepaper design and copy, case studies, email templates, and other relevant digital media
Plan and execute digital communications campaigns for lead generation and acquisition
Plan, executed, and measured advertising campaigns on multiple channels (e.g. LinkedIn Ads) while ensuring optimized spending and performance-based insights
Formulate and execute customer relationship management (CRM) and corporate communication approaches, and closely work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Happiness teams to generate new business demand through the use of available digital channels
Setup reporting systems (e.g. SEO tools, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.), monitor, analyze, interpret, and communicate analytics on the performance of websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing campaigns and similar undertakings
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (Optional)
2-3 years of cumulative experience in marketing and advertising, prior experience and training in senior-level roles is an advantage
Basic knowledge of SEO, CRM, Email Marketing, Social Media Advertising, and others
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms for analytics, content production, advertising, email automation, etc.
Appraisable marketing portfolio or similar documentation to demonstrate prior success in the field
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
