We're looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team and own client relationships from end to end. Youll serve as the trusted advisor to key accountsdriving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through strategic support and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Strategically manage and grow client accounts

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Monitor performance, generate insights, and present reports

Resolve client issues with speed and professionalism

Collaborate across teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects

Lead client meetings, feedback sessions, and presentations

Stay updated on industry trends and agency offerings
Requirements:

2+ years' experience in account management or client success

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

Familiar with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)

Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Instagantt, or similar

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Background in digital, creative, or tech industries is a plus
