Job Overview:
The Learning and Organizational Strategy Coordinator will support the Learning and Organizational Strategy Team in managing all administrative aspects of the execution of services and programs of Nexus Ascend+, including scheduling, communication, content, and database management (digital and manual), learning event coordination and documentation, onboarding support, and management of allocated resources for all learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and the implementation of content and materials, including PowerPoint Presentations, hand-outs, fact sheets, course catalogs, program offerings, and other related communication and training materials.
- Maintain the team's calendar of activities and other related schedules, ensuring all projects and commitments are met and delivered efficiently.
- Coordinate with external contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of services and programs.
- Maintain the upkeep and storage of content and reports that may directly impact stakeholder experience and branding.
- Manage content on SharePoint site and LMS related to training materials, course tracking, and central course calendars.
- Track new hire progress through the onboarding process, providing necessary information and support based on identified critical milestones.
- Serve as a point of contact for participants before, during, and after training events.
- Maintain a pre-event up to post-event documentation, including but not limited to attendance records, surveys, assessments, photos, videos, recordings, and post-event reports and coordination.

Education:
Any relevant education like Bachelors or College Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Business/Administration, Management, Design, Psychology, Communications
Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Forms, and Canva.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, and Webex.
- Familiarity with LMS tools (like SAP, Workday, etc.) as well as related authoring tools like Articulate or Rise, Adobe eLearning Suite, Illustrator, etc.
- Experience
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Adult Learning and Storyboarding
