Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.

Facilitate design sessions between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

Lead and manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

Conduct quality control checks and provide support during software development and testing phases.

Handle multiple service requests and manage software release processes.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-8+ years of experience in business systems analysis (PBM or healthcare industry preferred).

Strong understanding of SDLC and software project lifecycle.

Proficiency in tools like Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Oracle, JAVA, and OLTP environments.

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
-
CBAP certification is a plus.
