Job Summary:
We are looking for a forward-thinking and detail-oriented System Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide systems across manufacturing, operations, merchandising, and digital channels. This role ensures that technology infrastructure aligns with evolving B2C business needs, enabling operational efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across departments.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in system design, ERP integration, cloud technologies, and cross-platform architecture, ideally within the retail, fashion, or supply chain sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, architecture, and integration of business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce platforms).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define system standards, security protocols, and documentation across applications and databases.
- Design robust architecture that supports modularity, performance, and future enhancements.
- Guide internal and external development teams during the build and deployment phases.
- Evaluate and select tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with the companys digital and operational roadmap.
- Conduct system reviews, technical assessments, and performance audits regularly.
- Serve as a technical advisor in IT projects, vendor selection, and implementation rollouts.
- Ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and alignment with compliance requirements.
- Provide mentorship and architectural oversight to software engineers and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise IT, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven expertise in system integration, enterprise software architecture, and database structures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain tools, e-commerce platforms, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, data privacy standards, and network protocols.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
