About the job Project Coordinator, Full Service
Responsibilities:
- Performs all project management tasks of full service projects including but not limited to questionnaire review, programming/scripting, quota management, and sample management
- Processing and analyzing of data using different techniques and identifying irrelevant and incorrect information from the database
- Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions
- Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame
- Works efficiently with third party suppliers to fully deliver project requirements
- Tests surveys and troubleshoots basic to intermediate technical issues
- Supports Account Managers in conducting solution sales by providing them training and assisting in online tutorials with clients
- Escalates outstanding project-related issues to the Team Lead / Management
- Prepares own KPI / productivity assessment and provides report to the Team Lead/Senior Manager
Qualifications:
- Above average written and verbal communications skills in English are required in order to
communicate effectively with co-workers, partners, clients and other parties. - Works independently and with minimal supervision
- Highly analytical and with innovative mind-set
- Passion with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
- Ability to display empathy and ability to get along well with different personalities
- Experience dealing with other cultures and diverse work environments is required
- Must be a passionate, dynamic and sincere individual who thrives on being part of a growing Team.
- Must be amenable to work on various hours or shifts, including night shift as necessary
- Bachelor's/College Degree is required
- Knowledge and skill in full-service / survey programming is an advantage.
