About the job HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and lead our HR, Training, and Recruitment functions. The role involves driving key HR initiatives to ensure the smooth running of the organization and fostering a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management
- Manage and lead the HR, Training, and Recruitment team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless HR operations, including payroll and benefits processing.
Recruitment and Talent Management
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job descriptions to onboarding.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet business expansion goals.
- Conduct interviews, guide candidate selection, and manage exit interviews.
- Support organization design and succession planning initiatives.
Training and Development
- Identify employee training needs and create training plans.
- Organize orientation programs for new hires and staff development activities.
- Plan and coordinate career growth opportunities for employees.
HR Strategy and Operations
- Set goals and monitor HR team performance through KPIs.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate employee records.
- Provide strategic input to leadership on HR matters and risks.
- Attend relevant meetings and represent the HR department when required.
Employee Engagement and Culture
- Organize events like team building, CSR activities, and holiday celebrations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and open communication.
General Administration
- Support ISO compliance efforts and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update job descriptions across departments.
- Ensure all employment contracts and HR documents are aligned with local regulations.
Other Duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Graduate of Human Resource Management. Psychology or its equivalent
- with a minimum of 5 or more years of proven experience in HR management and leadership roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work one's own initiative and as part of a team.
