About the job Learning and Development- Senior Officer/ Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Leads the coordination of the firms technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
- Coordinate with essential training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science Psychology, Business Management, or any related fields
- Has at least 3 - 4 years of related working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
