Responsibilities:

  • Leads the coordination of the firms technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
  • Coordinate with essential training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science Psychology, Business Management, or any related fields
  • Has at least 3 - 4 years of related working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
