Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Process Consultant to lead and support initiatives focused on improving operational performance, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement across departments. The role requires experience in analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO operations or service-based process improvement, with practical experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing workflows and operational procedures across various teams or departments to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to redesign and streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve service quality.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal stakeholders.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, KPIs, and training materials for newly implemented workflows.
- Track performance metrics and analyze post-implementation results to ensure improvement sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, training, and IT to execute transformation projects.
- Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or business transformationpreferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt minimum), or related methodology is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
