Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to manage procurement activities, from researching suppliers to tracking orders and negotiating contracts. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate potential vendors.
  • Compare supplier offers and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Review product quality and maintain updated purchase records.
  • Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Prepare purchase reports, including cost analysis.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay current on industry trends.
  • Ensure all materials for job orders are prepared according to operational reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and cost analyses.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability to high-pressure environments.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative, sales, and marketing duties as needed.
  • Comply with company and client health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Assist with other duties as required.

This position is based in Baliuag, Bulacan and requires onsite work.
