Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our Healthcare Life Science (HLS) and Consumer Goods & Retail (CGR) Industry Groups across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for a junior-level manager with a passion for driving business development and client relationship management. You will be responsible for planning and executing strategies in collaboration with regional and global teams, providing excellent opportunities to work across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives and client relationship management within the AP HLS & CGR Industry Groups.
  • Collaborate with the Client Program Team and Industry Groups to create impactful growth strategies.
  • Work closely with teams across the Asia Pacific and collaborate with global regions on key projects.
  • Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience in professional services is required.
  • Strong corporate and industry knowledge in the HLS or CGR sectors is preferred.
  • Global or regional exposure is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering successful business development strategies.

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary Range: PHP 100,000 - 150,000
Location: Asia Pacific Region
