Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager



Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion and Member Management:

- Lead the entry and development of new markets in Indonesia for our clients. Focus on marketing planning, member acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

2. Campaign and Website Management:

- Oversee all promotional activities, operations, and maintenance of campaigns and websites.

3. Budget and Performance Monitoring:

- Plan and track campaign spending against the allocated budget. Maintain accurate records and ensure targets are achieved.

4. Campaign Management:

- Manage and oversee contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities within assigned campaigns and projects.

5. Content Creation and Proofreading:

- Develop, write, and proofread content for campaigns and websites.

6. Content Optimization:

- Optimize content to enhance SEO rankings and increase social media visibility.

7. Coordination and Collaboration:

- Work with advertising and media experts to improve campaign and website performance.

8. CRM Management:

- Regularly update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

9. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to stay updated with industry trends.

10. Digital Marketing Department Oversight:

- Oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, including marketing databases, incoming emails, and display advertising campaigns.

11. Team Management:

- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate team members as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, including at least 3 years of team management experience.

- Education:

- Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising/Media.

- Language Skills:

- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

- Skills and Attributes:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Aggressive and proactive with a can-do attitude.

- Commercially aware and data-driven with a keen sensitivity to numbers.

- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

- Experience in a similar industry is advantageous.

- Willingness to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
