Position Overview:

As the Client Services Manager at HCM Nexus, you will be responsible for client acquisition and account management, playing a key role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

2. Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

3. Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and expectations.

Provide clients with regular updates on relevant products or services.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products/services.

Work closely with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with overall business objectives.

Explore opportunities for revenue growth within the existing client base.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Contract management for new clients and renewals

Maintenance of CRM/ERP in relation to function

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Generate regular reports on client acquisition, account management activities, and sales performance.

6. Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Be adaptable and responsive to the dynamic needs of the business.
