Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in Group and Individual Insurance. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell group and individual life insurance products to clients.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations as needed.
• Travel across the Philippines to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• LOMA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
