Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and overall performance of our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will ensure our restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Manage multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.
    • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Financial Management:

    • Monitor budgets, sales reports, and financial performance.
    • Implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues.
  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations.
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service.
  • Quality Control:

    • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Promotions:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
    • Coordinate promotional events and special offers.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain operations.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop long-term strategies for growth and expansion.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Technology and Innovation:

    • Implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
