Job Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Supervisor with solid experience in field sales, particularly within the ice cream, beverage, or FMCG sectors. This role will manage daily sales efforts, lead field teams, and grow account coverage across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels in NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support booking salesmen for GT and MT accounts.

  • Supervise field sales personnel and roving merchandisers to ensure consistent target achievement.

  • Conduct regular store visits and trade checks for visibility and compliance.

  • Drive new business acquisition and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Guide and monitor daily sales performance of field teams.

  • Execute trade marketing and in-store visibility campaigns.

  • Oversee trade asset and POS material deployment.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and support cycle counts.

  • Attend trade shows, events, and customer meetings when required.

  • Provide competitor insights, market research, and sales forecasting updates.

  • Track product performance including new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG field sales or business development (ice cream or beverage background preferred).

  • Proven track record handling GT and MT accounts.

  • Strong team management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

  • Highly organized and capable of independently managing field operations.

  • Proficient in client management, reporting, and route planning.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to travel regularly across North and South NCR.

  • Familiar with cold chain logistics and store-level execution.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and building customer relationships.
