We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective business sales plans tailored to individual customers, specifically targeting Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs). This role is crucial in driving business growth and achieving sales objectives within the designated division. We are open to processing candidates based in the following locations: Cebu and Davao.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct daily visits to assigned Healthcare Practitioners and Pharmacy Stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough environmental scans within the designated territory to identify and establish channels for expanding product access.
- Utilize strategic insights and recommendations from the Marketing team to position our brands effectively in the market.
- Implement promotional activities based on market intelligence to enhance brand positioning.
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute territory business plans, setting short-term objectives for customer calls.
- Work towards achieving and surpassing sales objectives within the selected division.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Forecasting and Inventory Management:
- Manage forecasting and inventory at the distributor level to ensure optimal product availability.
Strategic Alignment:
- Align business plans with territory performance and the strategic objectives of the company.
- Adhere to company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities.
Qualifications:
- College graduate with any Bachelor's degree
- Proven 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in forecasting and inventory management.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
