Role Overview:
As a Specialist in People Systems, you will be a key expert in SuccessFactors, responsible for maintaining and supporting the HRIS system. You will focus on optimizing modules like Employee Central, Benefits, and Compensation. Your role includes supporting business analytics, system reporting, data integrity, role-based security, backend system functions, and daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Recommend, configure, and implement process changes to enhance the use of SuccessFactors.
- Improvement Evaluation: Assess and identify areas for improvement within SuccessFactors.
- Configuration Changes: Perform or review system configuration adjustments.
- Data Accuracy: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of global People data.
- Integration Management: Work with Technology teams to manage and enhance system integrations.
- Testing: Participate in testing configuration changes, including developing test scripts and setting up scenarios.
- Documentation: Maintain and update documentation such as role-based permission matrices, SOPs, quick reference guides, and process maps.
- Support Management: Handle cases using ServiceNow as part of the Tier 2 support team.
- Release Updates: Review and implement changes from H1/H2 releases, including testing and impact assessment.
- Communication: Inform end-users about system updates, upgrades, and general information.
- Security Controls: Establish and maintain system security and integrity controls.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Information Management, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth experience with HRIS/IS systems, especially SuccessFactors.
- Strong reporting, HR process, and project management experience; high proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts); excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with HR administration principles and practices; capable of handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Skilled in identifying issues, anticipating requirements, and considering various possibilities. Ability to embrace new ideas and develop holistic business knowledge.
