HVAC Operations Head

• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of projects, labor, cost, productivity, quality control, and safety measures
• Implements quality assurance procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
• Establishes new, and maintains existing relationships with customers
• Leads priority initiatives in sales and strategic planning
• Handles negotiation with clients together with the President
• Monitors evaluates, and reviews all cost estimates by the engineering department
• Analyse and identify key areas of improvement and apply cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency
• Manages and achieves revenue and profitability goals set for the operations department
• Monitors, evaluates and reviews billings by the engineering department
• Ensure appropriate monitoring, reporting systems and procedures are in place to meet objectives
• Provide strategic and operational information and reports
• Works hand in hand with the President, Vice president- admin and board of directors in improving the operations of the company

Requirements:

• A licensed graduate of Mechanical Engineering
• With at least 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager preferably in an HVAC construction company
• With at least 10 years of experience in managing projects related to HVAC, Piping systems, Refrigeration Systems, Automation Controls, Fire Protection Systems, Compressed Air Systems, and other related applications in Industrial and Commercial Buildings
• With at least 7 years of experience in sales negotiation and customer management
• With at least 7 years of experience in cost estimation
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• With the ability to motivate people towards a common goal
• Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
• With knowledge in Project Management software and all Microsoft related applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc)
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (Oral and Written)
