Role: Boutique Manager (Property Management)

1. Customer Service:

• Provide 6-star service to guests, showcasing Filipino hospitality and fine dining service during meals.
• Assist in planning itineraries, making tour and restaurant bookings, and arranging transfers for guests.
• Handle guest check-out billing and conduct surveys to gather feedback on guest experiences.

2. Procurement and Administration:

• Purchase all necessary items for housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant.
• Handle permits annually and manage administrative tasks related to health benefits.
• Ensure monthly reports are accurately compiled by inputting data from accounting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for various departments.
• Manage payment for cloud beds, website hosting, and other annual expenses.
• Oversee maintenance compliance for appliances, air conditioning, furniture, and all other hotel items.
• Maintain the hotel's vehicles, including cars and motorbikes.

3. Sales and Marketing:

• Meet targets for room sales.
• Coordinate with a photographer and copywriter for Instagram postings.
• Update website pictures annually to keep the content current.
• Participate in international and local tourism shows to promote the property.

4. Operations and Human Resources:

• Manage scheduling for employees and handle payment of overtime, salaries, and health benefits.
• Supervise ongoing projects and property improvements, from purchasing to overseeing completion.
• Organize motivation activities and team-building exercises to foster a healthy working environment.
• Serve as a back-end manager for any administrative or operational needs of the hotel.
• Regularly update the founder on completed tasks and set goals for continuous improvement.
