Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand, promotional, and digital marketing strategies for a growing portfolio of upscale restaurant and bar concepts. This role will oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and digital channels, with a strong focus on elevating brand visibility, driving foot traffic, and supporting revenue goals across all store locations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle marketing, with a solid grasp of integrated campaign execution and customer engagement in premium dining environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand positioning, seasonal promotions, new store launches, and flagship initiatives.
  • Manage ATL and BTL campaigns including print ads, radio, PR activations, influencer events, and on-ground marketing.
  • Oversee digital marketing execution across paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content platforms to drive engagement and reservations.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and events teams to align marketing efforts with product rollouts and store-level activities.
  • Manage agency relationships, creative production, and budget planning for all marketing-related projects.
  • Lead brand development initiatives including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform future strategy.
  • Handle media planning, event coordination, and brand partnerships aligned with brand values and audience targets.
  • Mentor and manage a growing in-house marketing team or external consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; post-graduate studies or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in upscale or premium restaurant/bar marketing or hospitality and lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record in executing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong network and experience working with creatives, media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Up to date with current trends in food, nightlife, social media, and consumer experiences.
  • Willingness to work on-site and attend store-level activations or events as needed.
