Accounting Manager (Offshore Team)

We are hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to join our offshore team supporting our global accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for candidates based in Metro Manila or Makati who are looking to build their career in a fast-paced, growing company.

Salary: Up to 4000 USD, paid in cryptocurrency
Work Setup: Remote
Location Preference: Metro Manila or Makati residents only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of up to 8 accountants

• Oversee recording, reconciliation, and elimination of intercompany transactions

• Handle reconciliations for payroll, fixed assets, and other general ledger accounts

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

• Work closely with the global finance team across the UK, US, Argentina, and Singapore

• Implement process improvements and help drive automation

• Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards such as US GAAP and UK GAAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA or Qualified Accountant required

• 6 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes

• Experience with US GAAP and UK GAAP required

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Fluency in English, written and spoken
