About the role

Join our dynamic team at HCM Nexus as a Lead Generation Specialist based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through targeted lead generation and prospecting activities.

What you'll be doing

• Engage in outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts to identify and qualify potential new clients
• Research and build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads aligned with the company's sales goals
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of HCM Nexus' products and services to generate interest and secure sales meetings
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into new business opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in the CRM system
• Continuously improve lead generation strategies and tactics to enhance the overall sales performance

What we're looking for

• At least 2-5 years of experience in a lead generation or new business development role in a B2B setting, preferably within the HR Outsourcing and staffing Industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying and converting leads into sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools to manage lead generation activities
• A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development
