- Ability to profile skillsets and clearly articulate analytical findings.

- Educational background in law or a related field, with familiarity with legal terminology.

- Previous work experience as a paralegal, or coursework in Political Science or law.

- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Familiarity with tools like Intapp is a plus.

- Global experience, especially in law firms or professional services, is preferred.
