Overview: We are seeking a motivated Office Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks and contribute to the effectiveness of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

You will play a key role in supporting our office operations while developing your professional skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and management within our ATS.
  • Help organize and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Contribute to improving office processes and workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with project coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
