Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Operations Engineer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be leading operations in different parts of the Philippines, directly managing and solving operational challenges on-site. This position requires someone willing to get their hands dirty, working closely with field teams to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations across multiple locations by identifying and solving operational issues on-site.
• Schedule and assign jobs to operations personnel, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Achieve target ratings for Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by ensuring 95% compliance in operation and customer delivery schedules.
• Monitor and update job reports on winding, machining status, and parts requirements.
• Verify operational data, such as winding and redesigns, and oversee testing and inspections.
• Lead process improvements by recommending and implementing changes to enhance operational performance.
• Review and approve Material Requisition Forms and ensure the correctness of all data.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with legal and company safety guidelines.
• Research and develop cost-effective work techniques to improve operational output and meet customer requirements.
• Plan and prepare shift assignments, schedules, and customer requirements while adhering to company time standards.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment pick-up and delivery across various project sites.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist general operators in resolving production problems across all sections.
• Perform production duties in accordance with current procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations Engineering and Planning.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in operations and control management.
• Ability to manage and resolve operational conflicts and issues.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Willing to travel to different sites across the Philippines and work hands-on in field operations.
