Reinsurance Accountant

Position: Reinsurance Accountant Large Accounts Finance Group

Location: Remote

Are you an experienced financial professional looking for a new challenge? Join our team as a Reinsurance Accountant and take part in managing premium receivables, supporting balance sheet processes, and handling special projects for key business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage premium receivables for Construction, National Accounts, and Retail Energy units.

Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.

Participate in system conversion projects.

Handle daily bank reconciliations and premium bookings.

Work on exciting special projects.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in collections and general ledger.

Prior experience in P&C insurance is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
