Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Resort Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality management and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve operational goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including financial reports, inventory, and staff performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve resort operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
