Quant Developer / Engineer

We are hiring a Quant Developer or Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in mathematics, engineering, and finance who are passionate about building high-performance trading systems.

Salary: 2000 to 3000 USD
Work Setup: Remote or flexible

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize fast market connections and high-frequency quoting systems

• Write efficient, high-performance code using C++ or Rust

• Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to design and implement new strategies

• Continuously improve system reliability, speed, and efficiency

• Solve real-time problems in fast-paced trading environments

Key Requirements:

• Academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mechanical Engineering

• Strong passion for finance and mathematics

• At least 4 years of experience working with C++ or Rust

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in fast market connections and high-frequency quoting

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
