Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner - Vice President to lead and drive end-to-end HR initiatives for a large-scale organization. This role will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support in managing the full HR lifecycle, from organizational design and talent development to compliance and employee relations. The role will support a population of over 4,000 employees and requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of local labor practices, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a track record of influencing change through people strategy.

This is a senior HR leadership role that plays a key part in shaping culture, enabling business performance, and ensuring HR delivers measurable value across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR strategy with organizational goals by partnering with leadership to develop and implement people initiatives that support business outcomes.
  • Lead workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs to enhance organizational capability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee matters, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with local labor laws and regulations; implement updates to policies and practices as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals in delivering consistent and high-quality HR services.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements in key areas such as retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Support change management efforts by effectively communicating key initiatives and managing transitions across the workforce.
  • Promote inclusive and equitable people practices, reinforcing a culture that supports diversity and collaboration.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards in all HR-related activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the delivery, efficiency, and consistency of HR services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of HR leadership experience in large-scale operations, supporting 4,000+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support business transformation and growth.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing HR teams.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data to drive HR decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
