Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Deal Advisory Assistant Manager to support transaction-related services such as financial due diligence, valuations, and deal execution. This role is instrumental in assisting clients through the acquisition and divestiture process by providing commercial insights based on detailed financial analysis.

The ideal candidate brings experience in transaction advisory or financial analysis, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of transaction advisory engagements including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, business valuations, and deal support.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and debt-like items.
  • Assist in drafting client reports and presenting key findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with engagement managers and senior team members on project execution and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., tax, audit, advisory) to ensure cohesive and high-impact client service.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support financial modeling and valuation work.
  • Assist in project management tasks including information requests, document control, and coordination with clients and third parties.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Experience preparing reports or presentations for executive-level clients is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
