Key Responsibilities

Partnership Acquisition

  • Research, identify, and reach out to associations, professional groups, training organizations, and consultants suitable for partnership opportunities.
  • Build and execute structured outreach campaigns.
  • Deliver partnership presentations via online platforms.
  • Customize outreach materials, proposals, scripts, and templates.
  • Build and maintain a robust partnership pipeline.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create co‑branded landing pages and partner resources.
  • Maintain partnership documentation and ensure contract accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align partnership activities with company goals.

Partnership Management

  • Develop and refine partnership strategies.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing partner engagement.

Administration & CRM

  • Document outreach activity, partner engagement, and communications.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights.

Success Indicators

  • 15–20 new outreach conversations per week
  • 5–8 qualified partnership meetings booked weekly
  • 2–4 partnership agreements closed per month
  • Accurate documentation and CRM updates
  • Partner satisfaction and ongoing activity
  • Growth in partner‑driven signups, leads, and revenue contributions
