Were looking for a highly driven Consultant Partnerships Manager to lead and scale a consultant‑led growth engine. This role focuses on building strong relationships with independent consultants and small consulting firms, enabling them to represent and deliver compliance‑focused services on behalf of the organisation.
This position requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to present value clearly, and a relationship‑driven mindset. Youll help consultants onboard smoothly, equip them for success, and support them in driving adoption and revenue through a structured partner program.
Key Responsibilities
Consultant Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, engage, and recruit independent consultants and small firms (typically 1–5 staff).
- Clearly communicate the programs value proposition.
- Qualify consultants to ensure alignment with program standards.
- Support consultant onboarding, training, and early adoption.
Consultant Enablement
- Provide partner toolkits, resources, and playbooks needed for success.
- Train consultants on core processes, workflows, and guidelines.
- Apply program standards consistently across the network.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
Relationship & Network Management
- Build trusted relationships with consultants to maintain engagement.
- Support ongoing communication through calls, check‑ins, and updates.
- Assist consultants with client interactions and program‑related inquiries.
Program Growth & Performance
- Drive program adoption and utilisation among consultants.
- Encourage participation in training, product updates, and ongoing certification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine program structure and best practices.
- Support marketing and operations in strengthening partner tools and resources.
Reporting & Insight
- Track consultant activity, engagement, and performance.
- Monitor program adoption and network health.
- Prepare reports and insights to guide program strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, consultant management, customer success, or ecosystem roles.
- Experience working with consultants, advisors, professional services, or training organisations.
- Background in compliance, safety, regulatory, or risk‑related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to convey value propositions with clarity and confidence.
- Organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
