Work Schedule: Core Shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)
Location: Manila or Cebu (with hybrid and remote engagement)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President IT to lead and support technology operations across business centers in Manila and Cebu. This role oversees IT infrastructure, productivity tools, and technology-driven initiatives supporting over 6,000 employees in the Philippines. You will serve as a trusted business partner to site leaders and global technology teams, ensuring seamless IT operations, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with site and enterprise technology leaders to achieve business and IT objectives.

Lead IT strategy for Manila and Cebu sites, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise technology direction.

Collaborate with business and operations leaders to shape technology solutions that meet site-specific needs.

Oversee implementation of enterprise solutions, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Drive vendor performance, SLA monitoring, and root cause analysis for infrastructure incidents.

Ensure security compliance and regulatory readiness, including PEZA audits.

Manage technology P&L for both sites and support cost optimization efforts.

Foster continuous improvement through automation, simplification, and adoption of new technologies.

Lead and motivate cross-functional IT teams, ensuring adherence to agile or waterfall methodologies.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on IT initiatives, feedback integration, and technology performance.
Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

15+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing BPO technology infrastructure for 4,000+ users.

Proven track record of managing EUS infrastructure, datacenter/network infrastructure, contact center technologies, and enterprise applications.

Experience in program management, vendor management, and technology budgeting.

Strong understanding of contact center technology trends and service providers.

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and certified SAFe professional.

Ability to work night shifts and respond to 24/7 escalations when needed.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
