Position Title: Rebate Analyst II
Location: Hybrid in Makati
Schedule: Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-time Employment

We're looking for a detail-oriented Rebate Analyst II to accurately calculate and report client rebate activity for an assigned book of business. This role focuses on interpreting contract terms, coding rebate requirements correctly, and delivering accurate monthly reporting on time. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer needs and resolve rebate-related questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client contract terms and ensure rebate requirements are coded accurately in the rebate database
• Prepare monthly rebate reporting with high accuracy and completeness
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support ad hoc requests
• Create/modify SQL queries to retrieve needed data for reporting and analysis
• Manage work queue via Salesforce and other platforms; maintain process documentation and QA checks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years related experience
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel required); basic SQL experience required
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Background in accounting/finance/data analysis; PBM/managed healthcare exposure is a plus
