Position: Associate Expert Business Analyst 6 months in KSA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Expert Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business stakeholders (i.e. account managers, presales etc).
• Working with the business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
• Assisting project managers in identifying potential stakeholders
• Participation during the presales phase through cooperation with different stakeholders including presales and solution architects, helps in preparing the write-up and estimation for the customer
• Involvement in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems
• Interacting with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs
• Gathering, documenting and analyzing business needs and requirements
• Documenting the functional and sometimes technical design of contracted solutions.
• Solving business problems and designing technical solutions when needed.
• Improving systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
• Maintaining user confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information
• Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Interacting with architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented
• Helping test the system and create system documentation and user manuals

Knowledge Management

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

Processes & Policies

• Ensure compliance with policies & standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis role in a relevant industry.

• Experience and knowledge of OSS/BSS and engineering standards (TMF, eTOM, ITU-T).
• Good working/ knowledge of UML and ERD models
• Extensive experience of process modeling, process re-engineering
• Strong Analytical Skills include software modeling and business process modeling.
• Ability to anticipate future trends and needs.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent command of English
