Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM Fusion solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion solutions for our clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on best practices for HCM processes and system configuration.

- Perform system upgrades and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

- Provide training and support to end users on the Oracle HCM Fusion system.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Fusion updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other systems and processes.

- Mentor and train junior consultants on Oracle HCM Fusion best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

- Experience with full cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion, from requirements gathering to go-live.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
