Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

- Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation. (At least 5 end-to-end implementations)

- Provide Business Consultancy Services along with Application Technical Solutions

- Ability to design smart solutions to be applied according to best practices

- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, including Requirements

- Gathering, Analysis, System Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment

- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, and Architecture Knowledge

- Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of Oracle HCM portfolio and related business applications

- Actively participates in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live"

- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his / her direct manager

- Ability to work under minimal supervision concerning HCM Modules Configurations

- High knowledge of Integration Touching Points & Oracle Multiple Standard Solutions

- Proven Experience in implementing the following modules:

(HR Core - Payroll - Employee Self-Service - Absence Management - Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) - Talent Management - Learning - Time & Labor)

- Bachelor's Degree required
