Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SCM solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations for Oracle SCM solutions

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and utilization of Oracle SCM functionalities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the implementation process

- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Oracle SCM and provide insights to clients on how to leverage them for their business

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime

- Mentor and train junior consultants on Oracle SCM best practices and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM solutions

- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and functionalities, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing

- Experience working with clients from various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and distribution

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Oracle SCM certification is a plus
