Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Oracle projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and proactively address any challenges that may arise

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to all team members involved

- Manage project resources and ensure that they are utilized effectively and efficiently

- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for optimal solutions using Oracle technologies

- Oversee the testing and implementation of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon specifications

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Oracle applications and technologies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Oracle technologies and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for Oracle projects and contribute to proposal development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle technologies and applications

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Oracle projects on time and within budget

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Oracle certifications are a plus
